So after a great end of 2017 – successful solo exhibition and brand new website – I am ready to start making some new work and enter some art pieces into various art galleries…. eek nervous!
Mall Galleries, London accepted two pieces which I went on to sell privately – so have given it another go with this piece opposite – The British Society of Painters has chosen this piece for the final round of judging.
If I get through then this piece will be on display and available to buy from the Mall Galleries in London (I am learning how to do this) …fingers crossed.
A personal promise to my good friend Debbie Medlicott who passed away from cancer two years ago will be fulfilled this year. Debbie always pushed me to apply to the RA Summershow and I was always too busy teaching – however this year I have just submitted a piece and it would be fab if I get through …lets wait and see (it can take a few years to get in so I wont hold my breath).
